The first important step to use this system is to set it up. In this section, there are a few videos that focus on certain items required for the system to work as intended.
The employee prefix ID is for example, if the employee ID is ABC1007, the prefix is referring to ABC. Watch the following video to learn how to add and manage the employee prefix ID.
Career description refers to the description of their career such as Promotion. A few descriptions are already added to the system as default.
The bank setting is to set up the banks the employees are using for their payroll. Some banks have already been added in as default.
There can be many sections in a department. For example, in an IT department, there can be a Maintenance, Developer or etc sections.
{warning} When deleting a department or section, please ensure that no employees are currently using the specific section or department that you wish to delete
The employee status is referring to the status of the employee. For example, an employee can have a status of Active - Confirmed if they are an active employee or Terminated if the employee's contract is terminated.
The employment type is for example Fulltime, Part Time and etc. Watch the following video to manage the employment type.

Position is the employee's position within the company. An example for position is Intern.
The staff category is an important part of the system. Here, the staff category can be assigned to the various systems such as UMS, HRMS and etc. This is also where to set what an employee under a certain staff category is able to do depending on the modules added to the system.
