The site dashboard is a dashboard that each sites will have. The site dashboard consists of 3 elements that will appear as cards on the page. The 3 elements are Site Members
, Site Content
and Activity Log
. You may think of it as a general overview of the whole site.
This card will display all the site's site members
. It will display their name, email and role as shown in the image below.
In the My Site Content Card, you can see all the digital files
that has been uploaded to the Document Library.
By clicking on the eye icon as shown in the image above, you are able to preview the file.
{info} If the file is an image, PDF or CSV it will show a preview of the file. Other formats will automatically be downloaded once you clicked on the view icon.
The Activity Log Card will display a list of actvities done by all the site members in the Document Library
such as adding a new folder, uploading a file, etc. The log will display according to the recent activity done.
The eye icon here in the image below, at the Action column will link to the file or folder if the file or folder is created or updated. If the file or folder is deleted, there will be no link (no eye icon).
A Join Site button will appear in the site dashboard if the site is a public or moderated site. If the user is already a site member, they will not be able to see the button.

{primary} If the site is a private site and the user is not a site member, they will be unable to see the content of the site. They must request the site manager to add them as a site member.
