My Dashboard
This is a dashboard that every user can see in short, its their own personal dashboard. In the dashboard, they can also see the current date and time. There are 3 elements in My Dashboard that will appear as cards on the page. The 3 elements are My Tasks, Activity Log and Notifications.
My Tasks Card
This card will display all the tasks that are assigned to the user. It will show the started date, due date, message, priority and owner of the task. The Action column, will have an eye icon as shown in the image below. It will link to the View Workflow Details page.
Activity Log Card
The Activity Log card displays all the activity logs from the sites where the user is joined in as a site member. The activity logs are arranged from the most recent log.
The eye icon in the following image will link to the file or folder once its clicked if the file or folder is created or updated. If the file or folder is deleted, there will be no link (no eye icon).
Notifications Card
This card will display the user's unread notifications. The notifications for example are Site Invitation (become Site Member), return Book or File and folder or file access invitation from the Document Library. The notifications are displayed according to the most recent one.
To mark the notification as read, click on the Mark as Read button as seen in the picture below.
